Interesting (even though I am fairly sure you copy-pasted that). I think Jeff Garza's problem with GAW Miners was that he wasn't delivering what he promised -- essentially running a scam. Probably there are other cloud mining services out there that are legit, but it is a case of caveat emptor and businesses that want to stay in business over the long term should hire people who actually know what they're doing.
You mean you can't just start a cloud mining business, forget all about it and expect it to be a success? News to me. 😛 Seriously though, one thing you didn't mention is that anyone who wants to run a successful cloud service like cloud mining needs to hire some competent IT pros. I've had trouble with cloud services with an incompetent IT staff before and I can tell you that it's real annoying when the servers keep going down.

It is indeed a crowded market, but when you think about it, there isn't a market around anymore that is not crowded. You're right about a good product manager, but first and foremost, I agree with RocketRacoon here, the servers are the cornerstones of the business. Without good server management, any business is dead in the water.
There are a few mistakes that can easily be made along the way. Incompetent IT staff is one of them, and moving forward too quickly is another. Not everyone might agree with this, but I've seen it happen. Move too quickly, take too much hay on the fork, and you're going to make mistakes. Many mistakes, and bad ones. Always stay on top of things, no matter what.
Management is everything. Finding the right help at the right time. Finding that person who will go out of his or her way, who will walk that extra mile to make something just right. It is all part of success.
I applaud and admire anyone who takes initiative to get started. Jut be informed and research before jumping into it.
